InteliGen iG-GPU is a comprehensive controller for single generating sets,which is based on standard IG-CU hardware.A modular construction allows upgrades to different levels of complexity in order to provide the best solution for various customer applications.

InteliGen controllers are equipped with a powerful graphic display showing icons, symbols and bar-graphs for intuitive operation,which sets, together with high functionality, new standards in Gen-set controls.
The key feature of InteliGen is its easy-to-use installation and operation.Predefined configurations for typical applications are available as well as user-defined configurations for special applications.
 

General description

Application is designed for land aircraft gensets operating at 400 Hz frequency. IG-GPU firmware is based on standard IG-SPM 5.5 application.
IG-GPU controller supports up to three-generator circuit breakers control: one for DC line (for external rectifier) and one or two for AC line feeders.
One DC and one AC breaker can be controlled from IG-GPU front panel or externally via binary inputs, the third one only via binary input.
Frequency measuring range is from 320 to 480 Hz (400 Hz ± 20%). IG-GPU.MHX firmware can be loaded to IG-GPU hardware only not to standard IG-CU.
It is possible to expand IG-GPU binary inputs/outputs number using standard IG-PCM IG-IOM or IG-PTM module.
